KVRZ FM Personalities and Shows

A weekly show featuring the history and music of a different female “diva” every week. We mostly showcase the big stars, but occasionally venture into new territory, and sometimes, a special holiday compilation show. This show combines music, biographical information, quotes, personal commentary and humor, to create an in depth portrait of a different extraordinary woman each week. Your host is Moira Blazi. Sunday's from 9:00 to 10:30 PM.

This show has been on the air in Libby for quite some time. John Herrmann once hosted a similar Jazz show on another local Libby radio station. Listeners in the Troy, Bonners Ferry and Sandpoint area's are in for a special treat when they first hear this unique and entertaining show.

 

 

 

 

Rock N Roll Paradise is live 7-9 PM every Friday night with a contest at the 8 o'clock hour featuring a prize that is usually donated by a local business. We play a very wide variety of Rock N Roll ranging from 70's, 80's, 90's and current. From Psychedelic to Punk and everything in between.  We have funny segments like "The News That Matters" which is silly news stories, "How'd They Get That Name" and "The Hawaiian Word of the Week" just to name a few.

 

This show draws upon several large collections of LP's to play a wide variety of musical styles. You will hear anything from folk (Irish, Bluegrass, Appalachian, Hawaiian..) to jazz, blues, comedy, punk, early country and much more. All played from the original vinyl. Requests are welcome. Time: 7:00 to 9:00 pm Sunday's.

 

 

 

A weekly interview show featuring your neighbors and friends. This show gives our community a chance to talk to itself. Music, art, politics, business, nature, the local ecomony, spirituality, and of course local events. This show covers it all, with personal interviews, music, insight and humor. There's always an open phone line for questions and comments. Kootenai Talks is the voice of south Lincoln county.. Heard every Thursday night with your host Moira Blazi from 7:00 to 7:50 PM.
